Drama Queen Paris Hilton launched a new fragrance “Can Can” today in London, England. Word over the pond is that her fragrance is not the best scent in the world. Presspricks also has heard from a reliable source that it wasn’t received with open arms by the Brits. We will see what she has to offer when it’s released in the states.
